​Did you move to the new location?

Yes, it's a 5 minutes walk from the previous location. Here is our new location: Rua da Junqueira 206A, 1300-346 Lisboa

Do we need to book treatments in advance?

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking all treatments in advance.

What time should I arrive for a spa day or treatment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your spa day or treatment so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings, and fill out a health questionnaire.

What is the cancellation policy?

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid a 50% charge or redemption from your gift voucher.

Do I need to pay for my treatment at the time of booking?

A 50% pre-payment will be taken for any treatments.

Do you accept Insurance?

No, The Peonicia does not accept Insurance.

I have a gift voucher, what do I need to bring with me?

You will only need to show us the voucher and sign before starting the treatment.
