1. Prize Validity:

   • The prize can be used starting from the day it is received until December 31, 2025.

2. Usage Restrictions:

   • The prize cannot be redeemed on bank holidays or during the Christmas holiday period.

3. Exclusions:

   • The prize does not apply to the following treatments:

     • Hot Stone Massage

     • Hot Herbal Compress Massage

     • Couple Massage + Jacuzzi

4. Booking & Redemption:

   • Prize winners must book in advance and mention their voucher when making a reservation.

   • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. General Conditions:

   • The business reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary.

   • Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
